Can I send you empty chargers for a rebate?
We are not accepting any empty chargers for rebates.
How do I return my product(s)?
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please provide the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. If it has been more than 30 days, you will need to contact our Customer Service to see if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Eligibility will be based on date of purchase and on the warranty of the product.
To receive a refund, the items returned must be complete and not used. If it has been used or not all items returned, then the refund will be declined.
How do I return my Torch?
You can mail the torch to the address below for replacement. Please make sure the torch is empty and leave a note inside the package indicating the return address. We will send you a new torch once we receive it. This is ONLY for US.
